How do I know if my package was shipped and on its way?
When your order hits the road, we'll shoot you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Quick tip: peek into your spam folder — sometimes it hides there!
Important heads-up: the shipping confirmation doesn't mean your package is airborne just yet. Use the tracking system to pinpoint when it's officially on the move. Give it 24-48 hours from order time for the tracking status to get its update.
Why didn't I receive an order confirmation / shipping confirmation email?

My package shows as delivered, but I never received it?
We know how important your order is! We are happy to provide you options to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors to make sure it wasn't delivered to the wrong address by mistake (it happens). Speak with family, friends, house mates, roommates, apartment complex, etc., in the event they received it on your behalf. We also are familiar with those good ring camera inventions that come in handy for to catch those not so nice people that take things that don't belong to them.
Why isn't my tracking information updating; is something wrong?
It is normal that tracking info may experience delays. Give it a day or two to refresh. If issues persist and its been over a week, please contact us, and we'll investigate promptly.
